The role will provide high-level, proactive support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient management of their time, priorities, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Support the CEO, ANZ by acting as an intermediary for both internal and external issues.Oversee and drive all matters pertaining to the CEO’s office while working independently and taking initiative.Keep the CEO informed of commitments, priorities, and internal inquiries.Build strong and positive stakeholder relationships, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support.Co-ordinate and manage responses and input into projects, programs, reports, presentations, correspondence, and departmental/business issues.Proactively manage the CEO’s time including communications (email), meetings, events, and travel across multiple time zones.Coach, mentor, engage, and develop the EA community, including overseeing new employee onboarding.Handle invoice processing, diary management, meeting agendas, travel coordination, booking accommodation, and preparing detailed itineraries.Act as a conduit between the Communications team, People team, and the office of the CEO.Implement effective working practices and processes to continuously optimize business effectiveness.Qualifications:Strong experience supporting C-Level executive leaders preferably in a large, complex, global organization.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Leadership in managing executive priorities, ensuring strategic initiatives are prioritized.Advanced organizational and time-management skills.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management.Experience in preparing and managing presentations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple stakeholders.High level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.Next Steps:Sound exactly like the sort of role for you?
