Job Description
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
* Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.
* Support employee relations and the performance management processes.
* Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.
* Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
* Participate in recruitment processes to attract top talent.
* Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in HR operations within the FMCG industry, both blue and white collar.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
* Proactiveness and willingness to grow your career.
