With over 400 rooms, versatile conference and event spaces, and numerous venues, we offer a comprehensive experience.We are currently seeking a Full Time Front Officer Manager to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.About the RoleIn this role you will be responsible for: Management of the hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualised customer focused service.Effective supervision of all reservations, guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer and quality focused.Full utilisation of the Front Office system ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports to meet operational needs are produced.Supervision of lobby services including car parking and porter duties, ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible.Regular liaison with Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority.Operation of an effective night audit function, receivables and reporting. Accuracy and attention to detail of this daily function being paramount while maintaining customer focus.Preparation of Front Office recurring reports, commenting on key performance indicators.Oversee Housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness standards are maintained while meeting productivity goals.Oversee Maintenance to ensure room standards, public areas, hotel assets are maintained while meeting productivity goals.Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.
