Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Helpdesk Operator to join our team full time on site and play a key role in supporting on site operations. Responsibilities As the first point of contact for internal and external clients, you will work with a team to handle raising and tracking work orders and ensuring their timely completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming requests for engineering support, creating and managing work orders in our system Ensure all work orders are accurately documented, prioritised, and assigned to appropriate response and rectification times Track and monitor progress on open work orders, following up as needed to ensure completion within required timeframes Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams Perform a variety of other important contract administration tasks Qualifications Requirements Australian Citizenship mandatory Previous experience in an administrative or helpdesk role desired (experience in facilities or engineering support is a plus) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing clear, professional service Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office
