Along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonuses, some of our other benefits include:We're a certified Great Place to WorkRegular social events and celebrationsOnsite fully serviced gym, circuit training & 1:1 PTYoga classes, Massages, Skin Checks and Flu Vax throughout the yearBi-annual Moose Ski TripBring Your Pet to Work program.2 x Wellbeing Days per yearSchool Holiday programs to support our working parents.Amazing guest speakers and thought leaders that present live in our amazing offices.On-site EV charging stationsDiscounted private health insuranceFree Employee Assistance ProgramABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the CEO's Executive Assistant, this role is responsible to provide high level professional support to Directors focusing on personal and some business-related requirements.Main Duties include:Personal Administration SupportCoordinate maintenance of personal properties and other personal assets in conjunction with housekeepers and property manager.Maintain property asset and property maintenance registers for all personal properties.Coordinate personal projects including arranging personal domestic and international travel and accommodation, personal events and maintaining holiday property booking calendar.Provide support with regards to email management, scheduling and appointments in relation to personal requirements.Process monthly personal related expenses.Undertake online and local purchases on behalf of directors as requested.Purchase gifts and arrange their distribution on behalf of directors.Screen personal phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them as appropriate.Meet and greet personal visitors.Manage the day to day running of the home and staff and running errands as required.Provide support with the children's school related requirements.Occasional on-call and out of hours may be required.Business Administration SupportSupport Executive Assistant with business related travel/accommodation, mail management and maintenance of filing/data management.Process monthly business-related expenses in conjunction with the Finance Department as requested by Executive Assistant.Manage Executive Assistant's Toy stock and send gift toy boxes.Carry out background research on products and other items.Other business-related admin duties as requested by Executive Assistant.ABOUT YOU3+ years' experience in a similar role.A relevant tertiary qualification preferred, but not essential.Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.Manages time effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Always maintains the privacy and confidentiality of information.Must hold a Victoria Drivers License.ALL WELCOMEJust like our wide range and variety of brands, Moose embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
