It is also a requirement that you must be available to work evening/night shifts on week nights between Tuesday to Thursday.Position Summary :This role is responsible for carrying out and facilitating sleep study setups through the use of strict processes in line with CLM's product and service model, at the assigned client site.
Working under the directive of the Team Leader or Senior Tech, in applying the theories and concepts from biological, natural, behavioral sciences and risk management in accordance to SOP as set out by the sleep lab and CLM Sleep Co. As a Level 1 technician, the incumbent will undergo the necessary training in order to prepare for the full responsibilities of a sleep setup technician and to be able to perform the role efficiently and effectively.
Upon achieving full competency and satisfactory work performance, this role will progress to Level 2.Key Requirements :EssentialMinimum 1 year work experienceMust be available to work evening/night shifts for setup shifts as and when required, available on an ongoing/regular capacityAttend training in preparation for the roleReliable with an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality especially when dealing with patientsDesirableExperience working in pharmaceutical industry, dealing with sleep apnoea products or solutionsPossess customer service or front line support experienceKnowledge of other common sleep pathologies and disorders either through study or experienceJob Responsibility :The key role and responsibilities for the position includes:Performing sleep study set ups on patients in lab to assist the overnight technician team in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that patients are admitted and setup accordinglyEducate patients on sleep disorders & treatments, explaining the process and the reason for the sleep studies that the patients are undergoing, helping to put them at easeEnsure work is performed in accordance to the standards and processes as set out by CLM and the sleep lab, and to abide by the lab policy governing all staff while on client premisesJob Functions :Sleep TechnicianJob Benefits :We are seeking suitable candidates that meet the above criteria, with further training provided to the right candidate who want to pursue a more specialised role as part of their career advancement.
