As a Guest Service Agent at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliver exceptional guest service, including personalised greetings, efficient check-in/out processes, and handling queries and requests promptly.Manage guest accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements.Ensure the Front Office is well-stocked and operate in compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest needs and special requests.Assist with concierge duties, providing local information and recommendations.Participate in regular training to enhance guest service skills and contribute to administrative tasks as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
