The Governance Branch is seeking an experienced Agency Security Advisor. To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate highly developed leadership skills, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. You will also be responsible for fostering working relationships across the ACT Public Sector on a wide range of security matters. The Agency Security Advisor / Senior Director leads the Security, Facilities, Fleet and Sustainability team and is responsible for the management of CSD’s asset management and facility operations, including accommodation, planned and reactive maintenance, asset management, utilities and contracts and leasing for the CSD property portfolio. This role oversees CSD’s building security and fleet management, and maintains CSD’s sustainability requirements, including sustainable energy reducing objectives and emission reduction targets. The position is also responsible for the implementation of the Protective Security Framework for CSD, and for leading several security-related projects and associated policies, as well as coordinating and advising on other security matters for the directorate.
