Costello & Co is a privately owned business specialised in the distribution and service of commercial laundry equipment and parts for domestic and commercial applications.We are the sole distributor of premium Speed Queen brand (from the USA) in NSW, QLD and W.A.Our continued growth and success has placed us in need of an exceptional person to join our team.About the roleReporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling tasks for 5 technicians to achieve efficient outcomes for both the customer and our business. The role also includes the administration around invoicing of service hours and spare parts supported by a dedicated spare parts manager. We service commercial laundry equipment in many businesses, Hospitality, Aged Care, Laundromat and Government sectors throughout WA. When required we offer remote customer technical assistance over the phone where it is logistically difficult to attend.
