You'll work closely with key stakeholders to set and monitor divisional budgets, ensuring they align with our group's financial objectives. You'll also lead a team of Financial Accountants and Accounts Officers, fostering a collaborative environment while guiding their growth and supporting their contributions to our financial success.Your strategic insights will contribute directly to decision-making across our divisions, and your work will underpin our profitability, inventory accuracy, and cash flow forecasting. A keen focus on stakeholder communication and confidentiality is essential in this position.Key Responsibilities Drive Month-End Excellence: Lead and deliver diligent, accurate financial reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions. Budget Management: Collaborate with divisional heads to prepare and communicate budgets that support HMPS's financial objectives. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement. Efficiency Reporting: Provide clear metrics on service technician efficiency to ensure optimal performance. Inventory and Profitability Analysis: Oversee stock-taking and profitability assessments of spare parts operations. Financial Forecasting: Manage cash flow forecasting, helping secure HMPS's financial health. Nice-to-Have Skills While not essential, knowledge of business contracts — including reviewing and negotiating terms and drafting legal documents — would be highly valued in this role.
