The opportunity | Valued for the impact you make With your passion to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective hotel services which support the well-being and comfort of our residents, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our hotel services across Warrigal's portfolio.
Travelling regularly between our services, you will drive the key operational areas of food services, housekeeping and laundry. Leading our teams with a collaborative approach, you will connect within all disciplines of the organisation to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
The requirements | What it takes to do this work Experience in managing hotel services or similar operations in aged care or healthcare sectors including food service, cleaning and laundry.Knowledge of legislation relevant to hotel services across food safety, laundry, cleaning and infection control.Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams across multiple locations with continuous improvement at front mind.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including food safety, HACCP, cleaning and laundry, infection control, and occupational health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive hotel services strategy aligned with the organisation's vision and aged care regulations.Ensure that all services meet or exceed accreditation and compliance standards set by regulatory authorities and industry best practices.Continuously evaluate and innovate service offerings, seeking opportunities to enhance the resident experience and improve operational outcomes.Monitor and assess performance across the various services, making improvements where necessary to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.The benefits | Recognising the difference you make Full time position + RDO accrual.Base Salary: $141,000+ per annum + Superannuation + NFP packaging.Subsidised access to your local gym and 200+ more across the country with a Fitness Passport.24/7 access to mental, physical, social, and financial support via the LifeWorks app.What our people love about working here Leaders who value you: It's important you feel valued.
