As the Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of change management and communications strategies for the project. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the company to ensure a smooth transition to the new system and maximize user adoption.
Role Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies to help support the successful ERP implementation.
2. Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of change on employees, processes, and systems and gauge business readiness.
3. Create a detailed communication plan, including all supporting tools, such as newsletters, emails and intranet content.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support them through the change journey.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on change management best practices and influencing decision-making to ensure successful change outcomes.
About you
6. Proven experience in a similar role as a Change Manager, working on technology projects that span across an entire business.
7. Experience in leading people through change using change management techniques established in the industry;
8. Practical experience in creating and executing a thorough change management strategy, implementation plan, and activities that provide comprehensive support to ensure successful project delivery.
9. The ability to deliver effective communication and engagement activities and outcomes for a diverse audience.
10. High level written and verbal communication skills
11. Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement capability at all levels. and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
12. Experience in training and a genuine passion for ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the new systems.
13. Tertiary qualifications in either Business Administration, Communications, Organisational Psychology or similar field
14. Experience working on large ERP implementations would be highly regarded.
