Allied Health Team Leader - Darwin, NT EXCITING OPPORTUNITY Stream Healthcare are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with the Senior Manager and broader, culturally diverse, multi-disciplinary team in a not-for-profit organisation The Position Provide evidence-based clinical services including assessment, individualised treatment planning and evaluation for clients presenting with a range of conditions and syndromes Provide strong leadership to the team. Create a collaborative and positive work environment while actively monitoring and developing team performance through clear expectations and constructive feedback Adopt a person-centered and strengths-based approach with all client and stakeholder interactions Oversee and managing intake of new clients, clinical triaging, goal setting, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge Oversee planning of Therapy Services workflow, service development and schedules (e.g. remote community trips, provision of therapy programs) Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures, and discussing outcomes with team members, NDIS participants, family, and key stakeholders Essential Requirements Undergraduate qualification in a relevant Allied Health discipline Current registration with appropriate professional body (AHPRA/SPA) Minimum 3 years experience, including experience working with clients with specialised or complex needs and disability Management and/or leadership experience Have/Have ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Full AHPRA or SPA First Aid Certificate Ochre card Australian work rights NT drivers license BENEFITS Salary packaging available 5 weeks annual leave17.5% leave loading Relocation assistance for interstate candidates Comprehensive induction program Free onsite carparking café Interested in the role?
