Our client, a prominent Educational Facility located SOR, is seeking a temporary Administrative Officer to commence early December 2024.
Duties will include:
* Maintaining efficient administrative processes and practices with in the office, including office supplies and stationery orders
* First point of contact for general enquires, correspondence and reception of visitors
* Providing confidential secretarial support including reports, agenda papers and minutes
* Coordination of arrangements for meetings
* Diary management
* Coordination of the content, publishing and distribution of reports
* Providing event coordination and operation support, including organising venues and catering
* Liaising with the Travel Team to arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors
* Coordinating the distribution of correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate the administrative requirements of a functional area
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced computer skills including Microsoft applications
* A proven ability to coordinate and manage a complex array of commitments
* Excellent attention of detail
* Demonstrated problem solving skills
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
