A full-time role within a leading custom RV and van manufacturer. Suitable for an Electrical Technician or Installer to manage and install battery systems and solar applications in RVs, trucks, and vans. Requires: Proficient understanding of battery management systems and installations. Salary guide: $35 - 50 per hour, negotiable for the right candidate. Overtime available and discretionary bonuses for productivity. Location: South-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. Your normal day will involve: Automotive electrical work experience in dual battery, off-grid solar/lithium systems and custom builds (12V - 48V) Installing and managing battery systems in RV, trucks, caravans and vans. Performing rough-in wiring of the chassis. Integrating battery management and solar applications to run hot water services. Ensuring installations comply with safety and quality standards. Completing projects on schedule, with potential bonuses for timely delivery. Lead the design, documentation, building and installation of electrical boards and wiring looms from start or change and adapt existing as required Design & Fitment of internal/external components to the build Customization and/ or modification work for accessories prior to installation Follow build sheets and work instructions Your next employer is a well-established company with 25 years in business, offering job stability and growth.
