Being one of the fastest growing consultancies in combination with their ever-growing project pipeline; they have become a company of choice for both engineers and clients.ABOUT THE POSITION.This role involves a Technical Principal Geotechnical Engineer responsible for leading and managing complex geotechnical projects from conception to completion as well as growing and developing the Wollongong Team. You will be heavily involved working closely with the managing director as well as working in parallel with the Sydney team.DUTIES.Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, overseeing geotechnical designs, and ensuring high-quality deliverablesAnalysing and interpreting geotechnical data to provide accurate and customised advice to clientsDeveloping and implementing geotechnical standardsManaging site investigations, preparing technical reports, and conducting risk assessmentsIdentifying innovative solutions and ensuring best practices in ground control managementMentoring and supporting Junior Geotechnical EngineersSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.A relevant bachelor's degree or higher in engineeringChartered statusExtensive experience working within a Geotechnical Consultancy and proven project portfolioProficiency in geotechnical software packages and modelling techniquesCULTURE.This consultancy culture is a vibrant, dynamic ecosystem that seamlessly blends professional excellence with genuine human connection.
