What you'll be doing We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Grade 2 to join our Emergency Department (ED) team, focusing on aged care presentations. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing all aged care patients presenting to the ED and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement strategies to prevent unnecessary admissions.This role includes working a 7 day roster.
