We are a Sydney-based team with at least half your time each month connecting in the office, allowing for flexibility in the remaining time.Key areas you will be providing support include:As a Senior Analyst with 1-3 years of relevant experience, you will be part of a team driving strategic decision-making across Group Treasury’s key functions:Balance Sheet & Capital Management is responsible for driving strategic development and efficient use of the Group’s balance sheet. The team supports optimal business decisions through efficient price settings and develops frameworks to determine the appropriate amount and mix of capital.Funding & Liquidity manages the Group’s debt issuance and day-to-day liquidity. The team is market-focused and engages with debt investors, investment banks, and rating agencies to ensure CBA maintains a cost-effective and sustainable funding mix. The team is also responsible for managing the Group’s cash, liquidity, and collateral position.Liquidity Reporting & Stress Testing delivers insights and accurate reporting and analytical capability to assist liquidity/capital management decisions and fulfill regulatory obligations.
