As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Lead a team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrated by strong customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and meeting or exceeding SLAs.
* Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Drive business development and facilitate growth opportunities.
* Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums to strengthen relationships and strategy.
* Conduct monthly supervision and support sessions with direct reports.

What you will need:
* Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing;
* Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
* Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
* Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
* A current NSW Driver’s License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
