Our client is a well-established national Security Integrator experiencing double-digit growth year after year. With an outstanding reputation and a footprint that spans the country, their mission is to become the number one electronic security solutions provider in the Asia Pacific region. As they continue to scale, they are now seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead their national project delivery function.
The Opportunity
As the Program Manager, you will take ownership of the national project delivery portfolio, leading and mentoring a team of five Project Managers. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to plan, execute, and lead with precision will shape the future of project success within the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver complex security projects across multiple locations
2. Oversee end-to-end project governance, planning, scheduling, reporting, and execution
3. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
4. Provide strategic leadership in forecasting project cash flow, cost control, and financial risk management
5. Champion change management initiatives across the project lifecycle
6. Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team by setting clear KPIs and expectations
7. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement – internal and external – to align business and project outcomes
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners
9. Implement and refine project systems and processes for consistency and scalability
10. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with confidence and clarity
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
1. Proven leadership experience managing a team of Project Managers
2. 5+ years of experience delivering projects preferably within Electronic Security, Telecommunications, Electrical, Building Services or related technical field
3. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of project cash flow and cost forecasting
4. Highly developed planning, organisational, and time management skills
5. Excellent decision-making skills with a sharp eye for detail and follow-up
6. Strong change management capabilities and the ability to lead teams through evolving environments
7. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at all levels
8. A proactive, engaging, and solutions-focused approach
What’s on Offer
An excellent remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $150,000 - $160,000, plus Superannuation and Bonus.
