We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager (Residential) for our client, a NSW Government agency based in Parramatta.
This is an initial contract until 30/06/2025 (with possibility of extension) with a pay rate of $75.54ph + super for 35 hours per week.
You will be responsible for delivering various residential capital and compliance upgrade projects such as façade upgrades, structural upgrades, roof upgrades, restoration upgrades, acquisition upgrades, fire safety upgrades and stormwater upgrades.
Project values can range from $100k to $3m and the Project Manager will be managing multiple projects concurrently.
The role is associated with both office and field work across the state.
Key Accountabilities: Lead the design, briefing, resourcing, implementation and coordination of programs of work with the project team to deliver effective business outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.
Manage and oversee all aspects of projects and implementations, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, quality assurance auditing and monitoring timeframes and budgets to ensure successful project milestones are met.
Tender management in compliance to Procurement policies and guidelines to establish contracts with external service providers.
Key Requirements Qualifications in Engineering, Architectural, Building, Surveying, Project/Business management or related construction discipline.
Previous experience with residential capital and compliance upgrade projects Previous NSW Government experience Drivers licence.
