DESCRIPTION GPP Database Link (https://cummins365.sharepoint.com/sites/CS38534/) leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while leading and co-leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.
Applies knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
Utilizes continuous improvement tools, follows Cummins standards, and leads the development of manufacturing standards and working methods.
Communicates with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members.
Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.
Maintains relationships and coaches key stakeholders.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Contribute to the continual safety improvement of Brisbane MRC by observing, discussing, and reporting.
Support Brisbane MRC with emerging tooling issues (CMES, DC Tools, ManTA, etc.).
Support Brisbane MRC with tooling design to enhance safety and efficiency.
Manage the EASE database and change requests for Brisbane MRC.
Manage CMES (Cummins Manufacturing Execution System) maintenance and change requests.
Support emerging ME projects throughout the year to improve site capability and efficiency.
