Responsibilities: Office Admin:Day-to-day administration / general office dutiesGreet visitors and attends to their needs, such as finding them a place to sit and making them tea or coffee.Keeping the kitchen, office, showrooms and reception tidyProvide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.Oversee office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance to ensure a functional and efficient work environment.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, correspondence, and maintaining professional relationships.Maintain digital administration recordsManaging marketing documentation, organize functions, travel and coordinating eventsOther office administration and support tasks as requested Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years experience as an office administrative role or 2+ years hospitality experienceSelf-starter with initiative and a willing-to-learn attitude to be part of a team that brings ideas and commitment to workStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and project management software.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Fast LearnerProfessional phone/email etiquette
