Primary Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of documentation for meetings, audits and other requirements
2. Complete photocopying, laminating and binding
3. Complete filing and record management requirements
4. Work under direction of management to complete various tasks on an as needs basis
Requirements:
1. Intermediate computer skills
2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
3. High attention to detail
4. Demonstrated time management skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
