We provide leading-edge conveyor and sortation systems, voice and light-directed order fulfillment equipment, controls and software, robotics, mezzanines, and structures.If you want to join a team of industry-leading experts who want to create an impact on the future of material handling solutions, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPosition SummaryThe Assembler uses blueprints and hand tools to build conveyor products.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing assembly based on drawings and supervisor instructionsFollowing supervisors' instructions of work to be performedSelf-inspecting work to ensure quality and compliance with specificationsUsing computer to record assembly statusFollowing safety instructions and rulesWorking overtime and assigned shifts as neededComplying with all requirements of Daifuku's QMS policies and proceduresEnsuring sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfactionQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 1 year of machine assembly experienceAbility to read and understand complex blueprints and assembly drawingsBasic computer knowledgeBasic math skillsKnowledge of hand tools and power toolsKnowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniquesSelf-motivated and detail-orientedTeam-orientedCrane operation experience preferred but not requiredForklift operation experience preferred but not required
