Supporting our Agency, Shipping, and Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for handling freight operations, maintaining logistics databases, and ensuring smooth agency management. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and attention to detail is key.Key Responsibilities:• Logistics & Freight Management – Monitor inbound & outbound freight, create import/export shipments, and assist with agency operations.• Administration & Compliance – Maintain logistics databases, liaise with external agencies, and support office operations.• Finance & Reporting – Manage reconciliations, invoicing, and credit applications.• Team Collaboration – Work closely with IMS team members to ensure smooth operations.Minimum Requirements:• A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.• The ability to work independently and take initiative.• Strong attention to detail and organisation.IMS fosters an environment where people feel valued, respected, and inspired to grow.
