The Role
We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Portland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, leadership, and mentoring staff. You'll be responsible for building strategic plans, driving business opportunities, and establishing strong networks within the local community.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to gain market share in the localised area
* Build and maintain relationships with local community groups, stakeholders, and partners
* Lead and mentor a team of staff to achieve short and long-term goals
* Establish and nurture business networks to build the branch profile
* Listen and learn from customer feedback to improve our connection with customers
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in residential and commercial lending, as well as a background in financial management, business acumen, and risk framework. You'll also need to be able to embed operational and risk management practices through regular communication.
