APS5 – Procurement AdvisorInterpret, apply and provide timely and accurate advice in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement FrameworkProvide timely and accurate advice across the procurement life cycle, including but not limited to, supporting procurement planning, approaching the market, reviewing and assisting with the development of contract and related documentation including contract variations and contract managementProvide Technology One/Procure to Pay system assistance to clients APS6 – Procurement & Policy Assist with the maintenance of the Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, Finance's Procurement Policy website and Finance guidance materials such as Resource Management Guides and Procurement Guidance Note.draft/review procurement related materials such as resource management guide, policy papers, ministerial briefing and lettersdemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present information and concepts with credibility, tailoring to the audience. APS6/EL1 – 3x Governance & Procurement RolesOne contractor will coordinate the overall procurement for the Branch, with input from multiple sections. The second contractor will project manage the Theory of Change and Program logic work for the Policy team, and the third contractor will project manage work around Evaluation, Governance mapping and Stakeholder engagement work for the Partnership team. Assist the Branch in managing and delivering a number of projects and managing procurement of services for the Branch.
