The Physiotherapy Department at the Townsville University Hospital is seeking Physiotherapists with varied experience to fill future vacancies. Roles to be filled through this recruitment process may be of a full-time or part-time nature. The Physiotherapy Department provides services across the continuum of care to all appropriate patient groups across inpatient, outpatient and domiciliary settings. The department provides a twenty four hour service through an on-call and weekend roster.
Physiotherapists routinely work in intensive care, medical/surgical acute, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, oncology, rural facilities, women's and children's areas, and community health. Junior staff members have the opportunity to rotate and gain experience in a variety of clinical areas and current structural arrangements offer excellent clinical support.
Requirements:
1. Minimum mandatory requirement of a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Physiotherapy providing eligibility for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
