What does the role entail? Act as key liaison between our customers and lenders. Assist with customer enquiries for finance and insurance products. Assist in the development and implementation of sales and customer services strategies. Accurately complete any documentation relating to the sale and purchase of finance as directed. Ensure compliance in all areas by adhering to all processes as prescribed by the GM F&I or Regional Managers. What do we need from you? Previous experience in lending or B2C selling. Ability to work a 5-day roster which includes weekends. Experience in lending or significant sales experience preferred (NZ direct lending). Benefits of working at Turners A great Company Culture.
