Description Duties will include - Evaluate and process grant applications in line with departmental policies and funding criteria Maintain accurate records of grant submissions, approvals, and disbursements Analyse claims and communicate with applicants to clarify details or request additional documentation Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Preform ad hoc duties as required Profile Adecco are seeking candidates who are flexible with their availability and working hours. Shifts may be scheduled on a 24/7 rotating roster, Monday to Sunday. Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience: Ability to provide empathetic customer service to people in need Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in grants management, administration or customer service is preferred but not essential Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational abilities with a strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a reactive and changing environment Job Offer Casual Hourly rate of up to $57.43 (plus additional penalties as applicable) Weekly pay cycle Higher level opportunities may come available dependant on client's needs
