Human Resources Manager: The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring simple yet effective tools are implemented and correctly utilised within the network to improve employee satisfaction & tenure, legal risk is mitigated, and the effective allocation of human resources at all levels.
This is achieve through managing and optimising the templates and operational tools implemented with the network, and ensuring their accuracy and ease of practical use.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the HR Manager will manage and optimise recruitment processes, talent pool data, onboarding and offboarding processes, and performance management processes.
They will create and update compensation and incentive initiatives, keep templates and documentations up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws, and manage cultural initiatives within the network.
They will work closely with manager positions within the network to track team and individual performances, provide insightful compliance/legal documentations and instructions, and track overall achievement of team goals, projects and KPIs.
Skills & Experiance: Proven experiance in a similar position within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition.
Excellent knowledge of relevant employment law, and the ability to apply this knowledge practicably.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for clear information sharing and relationship building.
Technical proficiency in compiling and analysing employment data to guide strategic planning.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Adaptable and able to work under pressure while managing changing priorities.
Proficiency in administrative softwares, predominantly with the Microsoft Suite, Monday.com, various HR management tools, and payroll tools.
