The Opportunity
We're seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team on a 12 month contract. This is a full-time national role, your working hours will typically be worked between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but other hours will be required on occasion (Intakes, Trainee moves and some public holiday cover), during which time in lieu or overtime arrangements apply.
Our ideal candidate will have a broad experience of systems administration and experience within the key tasks below:
* Processing of all staff movements (JML) Joiners, Moves, and Leaver.
* Manage access to Expert
* Knowledge of Workday
* Manage international secondments and moves working cooperatively with IT SAM UK.
* Administer & maintain Privileged Access Management
* The team are responsible for the Internal and External User Access Audits, working alongside IT Security.
* Provide input, proof of process for client Audits.
* Manage/ resolve MS Exchange (EXO) issues for both User accounts and groups.
* Creation and Management of groups within AD and Azure AD
* Setting up and maintaining smart groups via GroupID
* Setup and manage of non-chargeable matters within the Document management Tool-iManage
* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
* Configuration of user accounts & access to different systems, such as DocuSign, GTM, Bighand, Google Gsuite, Jira and Interaction, Kiteworks, Qualtrics, Contract Express, Quest.
* Complete management of individual ServiceNow SAM incident queue, as well as management of larger national SAM queue.
* Setting up support teams in ServiceNow and allocation of the correct access group.
* Knowledge of Cisco IP Phones (Call Manager) / Voicemail (redundant)
* HPE Records Management
* Audit and update of the team's administration process documentation.
* Take on projects that will involve balancing day to day support with project objectives.
* Awareness of security principles around the protection of data on systems
You'll enjoy this role if you are a fast learner with broad experience of systems administration (as above). You'll also ideally have:
* Excellent communication skills, pro-active problem-solving and ability to work in a team.
* Exceptionally high attention to detail.
* The ability to consistently follow pre-defined processes.
* The ability to analyse and suggest improvements to existing processes as well as design new processes should the need arise.
* A strong customer service focus, with patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Solid knowledge & experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office365 & interests in other technologies such as PowerShell scripting & cloud-based technologies.
