This role helps older people in the community to maintain their independence at home by working to match support staff to client’s needs. Specifically, by responding to calls, email requests as well as providing rosters to staff, keeping staff records up to date and communicating with clients and support workers.About youYou will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving.
