Digital Marketing Specialist About the role: At Avaana, we're looking for our next superstar client-loving Digital Marketing Specialist! We're a leader in the NDIS provider space, helping over 3,000 clients achieve NDIS Provider registration, we're looking to expand our service offering to our new and existing clients by helping them grow businesses through their digital presence. You will focus on working with our existing NDIS provider clients in a predominantly client-facing role as well as our internal marketing requirements. You will manage and work closely with our SEO, PPC, and creative teams to implement and enhance multi-channel digital marketing strategies to meet our internal needs and external client's needs. Who we are looking for: Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in a digital marketing agency or a related field.Fantastic at developing and maintaining client relationships, and you will be well versed in client onboarding through to monthly support and management.Strong project management skills and experience, with the ability to manage multiple client projects at onceA general understanding of key areas for clients to complete their online presence, i.e. domains, DNS, web hosting, email hosting etc…Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.Proficient in analytics, data analysis, spreadsheets, and paid media platforms, with a sharp eye for detail.Expertise in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.A collaborative team player with a positive approach, while also being capable of working independently.Quick thinker with creative problem-solving abilities, confident in making sound decisions.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, reliable, and passionate about exceeding expectations in marketing and customer service.
