This role is particularly focused on technical support for the Applied HVAC products and will be reporting to the National Product Manager.Key responsibilitiesWe are looking for a solution-oriented Compliance and Sales Support Engineer with the ability to provide an excellent experience and support to internal clients and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will:Work proactively with the Commercial Sales Team to support on equipment selections, system optimisation and energy calculations.Coordinate with various factories to obtain nonstandard equipment selections, special options and lead-time to meet customer requirements.Assist in preparation of product and system presentations as required.Maintain Technical Document Library including software, presentations, drawings, and bulletins, project list, etc.Attend regular factory / vendors meetings, document, and follow-up actions.Prepare business reports and presentations related to applied products.Work as the champion for Carrier ECAT, Heat load calculation HAPS and Chiller system optimiser CSO software.Requirements :To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum you must have:Sound knowledge of HVAC Equipment, systems, and applications.Tertiary Qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Good written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge in different types of chillers, ancillary equipment, controls and design software.Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD.Ability to read and interpret standards and fully conversant with local compliance requirements.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Lead with a customer-first mentality in daily tasks.Demonstrated success in organising multiple and diverse tasks within a flexible working environment.Strong problem-solving and results-oriented abilities.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
