Key Responsibilities: Brand Review & Development: Evaluate current brands and marketing efforts, working with the product team to create new offerings. Strategy Development: Design and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audiences. Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and social media. Copywriting & Editing: Write engaging travel content and refine others' copy. Content Creation: Collaborate with the digital team to produce content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and the website. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and develop brand positioning strategies. Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI. Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics and provide insights for optimization. Public Relations: Develop and execute publicity strategies for mass-market and travel audiences. Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities. Promotions: Plan and run promotional events for past and potential customers. Industry Sales Support: Assist with promotional events for travel industry clients. Product Development: Work with the product team to launch new products. About You: A minimum of 3 years in a Marketing Manager role within the Travel Industry. Thorough knowledge of the South Asia region, specifically India and Sri Lanka. Excellent verbal and written communication. A creative and passionate personality.
