About your new job
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will see you work closely with the accounts payable team to achieve team targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Match Purchase Orders to InvoicesIdentify any discrepancies and resolve them appropriatelyFollow up on any missing information and investigate queriesVendor reconciliationsPrepare payments runsProvide data and information to internal stakeholders as requiredGeneral administrative tasksAbout you
To be successful in this role you will need to have exposure to the following:
Previous experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environmentHigh accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of ExcelStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExposure to large ERP systemsWhat is in it for you
