The Role - Advise on legal and commercial risks to shape competitive tender strategies. - Draft and negotiate contracts, including PPPs, D&C, and EPC agreements. - Support the creation of joint venture and collaborative contracts. - Provide legal guidance on procurement to ensure compliance and protect company interests. - Contribute to contract negotiations, resolve disputes, and manage procurement contracts. - Offer legal counsel to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices. - Work with external legal advisors and oversee corporate governance and compliance. - Engage with stakeholders, including regulators and clients, to safeguard company interests.
