About the role: Based at our Brighton office, you will build firm relationships with both our amazing team and clients alike and play an integral role in the continued nurturing of our fantastic culture. No two days are the same and with our core focus on delivering exceptional service, you will manage the diar y and administrative processes for a dynamic, high performing agent. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate all aspects of campaign ad ministration Showcase properties on both print and digital platforms Manage advertising schedules and budgets Create insightful market and suburb reports Prepare new property files Craft pre-listing kits and listing presentations Assemble inspection packs Attend sales training as and when Keep up to date with all company policies and procedures Liaising with solicitors to ensure Contracts are received on time for auctions Liaising with vendors, buyers/purchasers, solicitors, and suppliers etc and screening calls Enter new contacts into database and track regularly Delivery of gifts, Vendor reports etc, meeting suppliers at properties. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Experience in real estate administration A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Meticulous attention to detail An initiative-driven, can-do attitude (with a smile) Experience with Box Dice is a plus, but not essential.
