Does this sound like you?
* At least 2 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry.
* Trade qualification as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or a related automotive role.
* Strong motivation and a results-driven mindset to consistently exceed targets.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective people management skills.
* Full Australian work rights are required.
* Commitment to making safety the top priority for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
