What you will enjoy doing
* You will manage a portfolio of critical customers. Be responsible for planning, profit, and contract management.
* Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management, increase zone density, and profitable use of product substitution. Drive commercialization of new business wins consistent with the agreed terms.
* You will also generate & convert leads through identifying customer business growth opportunities to grow sales and/or volume density.
* Understand, monitor, and report competitor activity and market trends. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities ensuring all information and interactions are recorded in SalesForce CRM.
* You will drive improvement in the provision of products/services to customers and develop mutually rewarding relationships.
* Comply with BOC Safety Standards, Processes, Procedures & Regulations.
What we are looking for
* You hold advanced industry and product application knowledge.
* Hands-on experience in preparing strategic customer action plans.
* Science or chemistry qualification preferred.
* Strong understanding of price management (grow margin, pricing, and profit) and solid business acumen.
* Advanced presentation skills with excellent business development and influencing skills.
* Passionate about ongoing development to enhance technical expertise in the relevant field.
