About The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our administration team, providing crucial support to the Commercial Director, Project Managers, and Estimating team.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing contracts for clients, suppliers, and contractors, including preparation, monitoring, and administration.
Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing submissions and correspondence related to project development and delivery.
Assisting in project-related risk management by identifying areas of non-compliance and implementing strategies for improvement.
Coordinating project reporting against key performance indicators to enhance project delivery.
Supporting progress claims preparation and collating project documentation.
Overseeing procurement activities and monitoring tender portals for new opportunities.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather insights for proposal development.
Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated excellence in a similar role.
Experience with document management systems and high computer literacy.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
