Securing the largest cleaning and minor maintenance contract that BNE has awarded in its history, we have the pleasure to announce a number of management opportunities. We are recruiting for a Safety and Compliance Officer, based at Brisbane Airport on a Full-Time basis. This challenging, but exciting role will see you provide leadership and management skills to oversee the day-to-day operations across various locations at Brisbane Airport. The Position Reporting to the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for: Ability to understand complex Aviation contracts and deliver the key performance areas Oversee and manage the safety and compliance requirements of the site and conduct the reporting requirements Conduct consultation meetings with various stakeholders Ensure employees adhere to health and safety practices Undertake continuous improvement in the areas of the IMS and HSEQ requirements Align policies and procedures with the client's HSEQ requirements Timely and effective production of information and reporting and attend client meetings Demonstrate leadership skills and integrity to work as a part of a senior management team Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers Working closely with key personnel from the client side Act in accordance with all the company's policies and procedures The Benefits Competitive remuneration package on offer Ongoing learning and development opportunities Based at the Brisbane Airport Parking costs paid Stable employment and career progression Minimum Criteria Experience in a similar role or a similar aviation role Ability to understand complex Cleaning and Minor Maintenance contracts and deliver on the key performance areas Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication and management Understanding of the Cleaning Industry, Aviation desirable but not essential.
