As our Manager or Senior Manager you'll be working with a dedicated team of tax specialists, helping clients meet the increasing and ever more complex demand for tax services. You'll be involved in helping some of the world's leading organisations to structure transactions tax-effectively, mitigate tax risk, and comply with the tax laws in the most effective way. You will also contribute new and innovative ideas to help clients manage their indirect tax risk and compliance obligations. Working across multiple projects, geographies and clients, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on key indirect tax issues, working with developing technologies that can help clients meet their business goals. Building relationships with key client stakeholders through managing successful compliance, advisory and project outcomes. Working with other service lines within EY to deliver value to clients. Developing the careers of our junior team members and embracing our work culture. What we're looking for Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go. Technical experience in indirect tax, including GST. Previous exposure to key client ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle and JDE would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience in the field of indirect tax, preferably from a law firm or within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm. Experience in tax digital technologies and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau RPA, and specialist GST Software.
