Duties & Responsibilities:
•Assisting CPS Security Services in developing strategies and action plans to maximize client satisfaction and optimize resource utilization.
•Reviewing and analyzing existing operational systems to identify areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
•Developing and implementing project management methodologies for efficient management of security personnel and resources across various sectors.
•Conducting work studies by analyzing existing and proposed security methods and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
•Reviewing workflow, reports, and job functions, and recommending revisions to address operational inefficiencies.
•Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, revising procedures, and preparing updated instruction manuals and documentation for staff.
•Monitoring compliance with internal standards and industry regulations, especially concerning licensing and deployment of security officers.
•Managing the expectations of CPS’s clients by ensuring that services provided meet or exceed their requirements and advising on the deployment of security personnel.
•Directing the organization towards more efficient operations and resolving operational challenges across all client sectors.
•Identify growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement.
•Design and implement specialized training programs for security personnel in risk management, customer service, and other areas.
•Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and security technology advancements.
•Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, developing strategies to mitigate potential risks.
•Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), monitor performance, and present reports to management on security operations and improvements.
Requirements:
•A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of Australian market conditions and business regulations, especially within the security services sector.
•Ability to travel, if required, for consultations, meetings, or client visits
