About the Opportunity As the National Strata Operations Manager, you will support the Head of Strata with achieving the strategic objectives, that encompasses:
Strategic and operational development and management of the teamPerformance reviews and management (in conjunction with Head of Strata)Job allocation and ensuring the team is 'right sized' to fulfil our client obligationsAccount management – maintaining and building businessLoss adjustingYou will be confident in managing and completing Strata and complex domestic site inspections, ascertaining cause and extent of damage, appointing trades/other relevant specialists, and providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the customer.
Please note that the preferred locations are either Sydney or QLD (Brisbane or Gold Coast). About You You will be an exceptional leader with a strong loss adjusting background, that will:
