Join a dynamic, customer service-oriented team that delivers exceptional IT services company-wide.Reporting to Team Leader – IT Support Services, you will be a key member of the Support Desk team. You will assist colleagues with technical troubleshooting and managing requests for the setup of new technologies and systems.Responsibilities:Undertake ownership and resolve IT requests through the IT ticketing system (Freshdesk)Create user accounts, set up IT equipment and allocate ICT assets for new employeesOrganise repairs of laptops and mobile phonesAdministration of Active Directory and Basic application (40+ applications)Basic desktop and application troubleshooting (Windows 10 and 11)Basic IP telephony administrationManage Printer setup, administration, troubleshooting and print server administrationBuilding management system administrationHybrid Exchange server administrationMonitor and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networks and respond to IT system alertsApplication and system project administration and supportProcure, manage and allocate ICT assetMaintenance of IT server roomSupport Senior IT Support Officers as requiredPerform ad-hoc tasks as requiredAbout you:To be successful in the role, you will need:Must have completed Year 10Customer-focused approachProblem-solving approach and willingness to learnAbility to work under pressureDemonstrated experience in IT Support role (Desirable)Passion and motivation to have a career in IT/technologyAs an employer who embraces equal opportunity and diversity, we strongly encourage female, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
