Job Overview: We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Greenbushes WA mine site. The ideal candidate will have mine site experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, and familiarity with job management software such as WorkflowMax. This role involves coordinating operational tasks, supporting planning programs, and assisting with CAD drawing as required. The position is flexible, with the potential for additional duties depending on operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage operational tasks on the mine site. Utilize WorkflowMax for job management and task tracking. Support planning and scheduling programs for mine site operations. Create and update CAD drawings (advantageous). Provide general administrative support and assist with other operational duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience working on mine sites. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams. Familiarity with job management software (e.g., WorkflowMax). Knowledge of planning programs. CAD drawing experience is a plus. Ability to multitask and take on additional duties as required.
