Role Overview As a Personal Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in assisting our clients with their daily activities. We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule, including weekends, active overnights, and sleepovers. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with Transfers: Help clients move in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists when needed. Personal Care: Provide support with grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, and bladder and bowel management. Basic Medical Support: Administer basic wound care and assist with self-medication. Domestic Assistance: Prepare meals, perform light household duties, and manage laundry. Community Engagement: Drive clients to appointments and social events. Who We’re Looking For We seek compassionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting others in their quest for independence. Requirements Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle Smartphone Device Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module, or willingness to complete Flexibility to adhere to a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times Interested in making a real difference?
